Refreshing the user interface and improving the usability of Toyota's "Tankuj Korzyści" app involved not only redesigning the app for Android and iOS environments but also designing new innovative features such as managing Toyota cars, saving money through the loyalty program, tracking travel routes, analyzing fuel expenses, and finding car parking.

This design cooperation was between Toyota Bank and Core Logic. I had the pleasure of working as the main UX/UI Designer at Core Logic Sp. z o.o., a small software development company from Kraków specializing in car sharing, e-mobility, and automotive software.
During my time at Core Logic, Toyota Bank approached us with the need to refresh their mobile app, particularly to rebuild the user interface and improve usability. In this project, I had the pleasure of closely cooperating with the management team from Toyota and working closely with my software team at Core Logic during the software implementation.
Redesign
Simple data graphs
The core feature of the app is a loyalty program for saving money and getting extra promotions from fuel purchases. The loyalty program (like many others...) has a lot of legal tricks and limitations, making it quite complex to design something useful.
Based on numerous user interviews (mostly qualitative research with existing users and potential customers), I designed a completely new dashboard that engages users in participating in the loyalty program and buying fuel at selected petrol stations.
Users can easily find how much refund they get in the loyalty program and check the entire history of fuel purchases and savings.
Outcome
Together with my software development team from CoreLogic, we delivered a new version of the app for Toyota Bank with a stunning new user interface!
Users received new features to manage their Toyota or Lexus cars in the app and save money through loyalty programs.
